These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Block Dominion mobile application ("App") developed and published by Vedrix Labs ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on a compatible mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The App features an in-game virtual currency called "Diamonds." Diamonds can be earned through gameplay (score milestones) or by watching rewarded advertisements. Diamonds have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for real currency or any item of value outside the App.
Diamonds may be spent on in-game powerups such as "Undo" and "Strike." These powerups are consumable and non-refundable once used. All in-game transactions are final.
You acknowledge that you have no ownership or property interest in any virtual currency, virtual items, or any other in-game content. Any "purchase" of virtual content is a purchase of a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use that content within the App -- not a transfer of ownership.
If we offer in-app purchases in the future, they will be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). All purchases are processed by the respective platform, and you should review their refund policies. Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or charges, which will be your responsibility.
The App displays advertisements, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads. By using the App, you consent to the display of such advertisements. Ad delivery is managed by third-party ad networks (including Google AdMob), which are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App may include a leaderboard feature. By submitting your score, you grant us the right to display your submitted name and score publicly. We reserve the right to remove any leaderboard entry that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.
All content in the App -- including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, sounds, text, game design, code, and the "Block Dominion" name and logo -- is owned by or licensed to Vedrix Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our intellectual property without prior written permission.
If you submit any content through the App (such as a leaderboard display name), you represent that:
By submitting content, you grant Vedrix Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the App and our services. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion without notice.
We may from time to time issue updates, patches, or modifications to the App. These updates may be required for you to continue using the App. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time without liability to you. Your continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of that update.
The App is made available through third-party platforms (Google Play Store, Apple App Store). Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of any third-party platform. The App may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked third-party services.
If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the App ("Feedback"), you acknowledge that such Feedback is non-confidential and you grant Vedrix Labs an unrestricted, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VEDRIX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vedrix Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Vedrix Labs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or cyberattacks.
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws and regulations, including those of India, the United States, the European Union, and any other relevant jurisdiction. You represent that you are not located in, or a resident or national of, any country subject to comprehensive trade sanctions, and you are not on any restricted party list.
Vedrix Labs may assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without restriction and without your consent. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
The failure of Vedrix Labs to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by Vedrix Labs.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vedrix Labs regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
