Vedrix Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Block Dominion mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. 1.1 Information You Provide

• Leaderboard Name: If you choose to submit your score to the leaderboard, you may provide a display name. This is optional and does not need to be your real name.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for analytics and ad delivery purposes.
• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the App, including game scores, session duration, and feature usage, to improve the App experience.
• Advertising Data: Our advertising partners may collect data for personalized or non-personalized ads (see Section 3).

1.3 Information Stored Locally

The App stores game progress, high scores, diamond balance, and preferences locally on your device using PlayerPrefs. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless you choose to submit a leaderboard score.

8. Data Retention

Locally stored data (game progress, scores, preferences) persists on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data. Leaderboard submissions are retained on our servers indefinitely to maintain the leaderboard. We may delete inactive leaderboard entries periodically.

9. Children's Privacy

Block Dominion is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email address below, and we will take steps to delete such information.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

13. Do Not Track

Some web browsers transmit "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals to websites. Because there is no universally accepted standard for how to respond to DNT signals, we do not currently respond to them. However, you can manage your ad and tracking preferences as described in the Ad Choices section above.
